    Good for you Bandster Girl! Reading your message gave me hope. I had my surgery on June 10, 2008 and lost 15 lbs in eight days. Then when I switched from full liquid diet to purees, I gained some Water weight, but quickly lost it in three days. What does your daily meal plan consist of now? Curious to know...doing this alone and need some tips. Thanks & Keep up the good work! :thumbup:
