Summer.... Oh the love hate relationship! It's absolutely my favorite time of the year... shorts, t-shirts, pool time, boat time, ANYTHING outdoors... yeah... including BBQ's and alcohol. UGH - BBQ and Alcohol. I LOVE to cook out, have friends and family over, chill.... and drink... I probably sound like a raving lunatic right now, but I just can't seem to stop myself. I'm in a self induced stall with just over 30lbs left to lose. Monday morning until Friday afternoon, I'm a poster child for VSG - Let Friday afternoon and socializing come around, I'm an insane woman. Seriously, Salted Caramel Crown Royal just tastes SO GOOD... paired with some cheese and crackers - OMG, I can't stop myself from indulging a bit. So whatever I lost during the week.... back on Monday morning. Just being accountable, I know what I need to do...

Haha! It’s LETHAL! And dammit man, I just found 4 more bottles of it last week (it’s seasonal so I’ll have to wait until October or so for more..).
just a funny, my father (who wasn’t thinking) brought over small frosty’s for the whole family. I declined with the rationalization that I could have 3 shots of crown for the same calories! Proud of myself for declining both!
