I have felt the same way. I lost 16lbs and then nothing. I went to the doc and he said "do not weigh yourself every day!!" He wanted me to go 2 weeks. Yah right... So I was 1/2 good and waited 1 week - guess what? I lost another 1.5lbs. His theory is: if you constantly weigh youself you can psych youself out and actually sabotage you diet. (give up etc...) So I guess I will keep trying to stay off the scale and hope the "mojo" keeps up... Sandi

Hi all, I had surgery April 14,2008. My surgeon is Dr. Bock in Bellevue and he was great! I lost 26lbs before surgery and 18 since surgery. (Only 4lbs in the past 2 weeks) I generally hang out on the OH website, but I heard about this one and decided to stop by and see what is up here!

It is good, I learned a lot there. This seems good too, but I have not learned all the "ins and outs" yet.
