How often do you weigh?

I'm still pre op, but I weigh daily. I find it helps keep me on track. I only count Wednesday for score though so in general if I've lost as of Wednesday every week I consider that a success. Sent from my Pixel 3a using BariatricPal mobile app -

A little of both right now although I'd say more excited. It still seems far enough off that I'm not thinking about it too much. I have a colonoscopy to get through the end of this month so I'm more focused on that at the moment.

I'm scheduled for my VSG on Sept 16th so a little after you. I'm getting mine done in NJ though.

I didn't want to tell people. I prefer to keep most health aspects of my life private, but after my initial consultation my wife decided to tell everyone. Fortunately i haven't gotten any negative comments from anyone. So far no one had said anything at all which I'm fine with four now. Maybe once I've had it I'll change my mind. July 2020 Surgery anyone?
