Happy Friday!! So I am approaching my 1 year post Lapband appointment and am happy to say that I have lost 74 lbs and am so happy to be seeing my doctor. I still have some ways about 40 more pounds I would like to lose. But my starting weight was 264lbs and now I am down to 190. To all the newbies and those just getting out of surgery the experience was a challenge but well worth it, but go for it and give it time to reflect. If it wasnt for the Lapband I would still be complaining about my weight, but I am now I am finally smaller than my husband😄😄
