typically if you are throwing up alot...u are eating too fast and too much at a time...but i just joined Seattle Sutton (pre made food 1200 cal a day) and today i am going to the 24 hrs gym next to my house to join... 25 mins on the elliptical machine 3 times a week... here i go!!!! from the research i have done...i could lose 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lbs a week... pray hard for me girl !
