WOW, my jaw dropped looking at all your pics! You look amazing!!! I am beyond jealous. I've thought about PS but have worried since I am 20 and want kids if the surgery would be "wasted" after having kids. But damn, I'm 20 and want perky nice boobies like most 20 year olds. You look great, would love to see some more after shots now that its later.

I don't know if this would help anyone, but I printed out my scorecard and have it hanging up next to my calender, I write on it during the day then come here later and fill in my card here. But I'm sure if you couldn't get to the computer ever day you could just come here and update your scorecard ever couple days, as long as you are keeping tract offline. I don't know if that would be against the rules...but it really isn't too hard to write 1 2 3 on the paper as I check my calender or even keep it on your fridge or somewhere you can see it easily.

That's my same thoughts on it! Just had my second fill and it was without and it went so much faster and better then with. I was actually complaining when I went into the office asking for it and had my eyes squeezed tight thinking I was going to die(I'm a Baby!) it was over and I laughed it was so easy. -
I use their pics also, but not just for the flowers but the other great mountain shots and I'm a polar bear lover and they have some AWESOME sots of them, so I have a lot of their pics saved and make them my wallpapers too!

I know! I am so bad, every trip to the bathroom has me get on the scale just to see whats going on. I usually do NOT like whats going on. How can I go up and down all day, like 10 pounds? ugh.

That's it! I'm officially going to set my goal of not eating after 8pm. It's going to be so hard, I have a boyfriend I'm feeding it seems like 24 hours a day and is try to actually GAIN weight. But I will just keep drinking and drinking after 8 and hopefully be so full of water I won't even be thinking about putting food in my mouth!

I have a question for the group...who here has a set time they stop eating at night, like no eating after 8pm or 7pm, whatever. I know that is one thing Oprah makes sure she doesn't do, I think its 7pm for her. I have always tried following something like that, but I am so bad about eating at night, especially late at night, I'm a night owl. I usually got to bed aroun 1 or 2 am. And sometimes eat through out the night, I'm a snacker, one reason I know its hard for me to lose. Well anyways, just wondering who doesn't eat after a certain time and what helps them to not eat and if they think that really helps them.

I'M IN!!! And here I was feeling like I was going to slack this weekend, cause I've just felt BLAH today....no more excuses! I am staying out of the kitchen and refuse to make that bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch I've been craving all morning! I'm 223 this morning...I SO want to get out of the 220's again!

I gained a HUGE amount of self confidence after my loss which I know helped me start my first serious relationship. We met online after he saw my profile and pictures on AOL, I had never even had a profile or any type of pictures online until about a month before meeting him. I just started loving the pictures of me, I was smiling more and was actually feeling cute for once in my life and was proud of myself. He said after seeing my smile and how beautiful I was he had to talk to me, we've been together for over a year! -
MaryB you get 3 points each day you dont have sugars or flour, not just one!

I know I don't "need" a gallon...but when I have been able to get into the habit of drinking that much, I eat less, my skin looks better, and I usually feel better generally.

I started my new Water routine today! I went out and bought a few gallons of water last night, everyday I'll have a new one in the fridge. Already about half is gone for today. This is really helping me with getting in all my water, and seeing the gallon get emptier as the day goes on is a great visual for me. Now I need to get outside and do some walking! Some of you are so lucky to have walking buddies! I don't know anyone in town and it can get kind of boring by myself, but I'm doing it! I took before pictures yesterday and posted them with my scoreboard, I'm really excited for this challenge b/c I believe with the extra water, exercising, and trying to cut out the flour and sugar I will be able to see a difference at the end of the month! Wow, that sounds like a very scary experience! I've been in too many accidents....one of them I had an air bag deploy, cutting my face and knocking me out. I'd make sure to take pictures of all the damage you can, cuts, bruises, etc...and hopefully there were some taken at the scene. Hope your hubby feels better, I'm sure he will be sore for a couple days...

I think getting an unfill was good advise...but the night after I posted my first comment I slept fine and I am now on solids and doing fine...infact, not feeling much of a restriction. So...not sure what was going on, maybe just really swollen after the fill the first couple days but it's really better now...

Having little rewards set up for when I reach a goal have always been a big help for me too!!

I've lost 80+ pounds down to 222 at 5'9 and I still look in the mirror and see those things. Just lets me know I still have a long ways to go!

Two of the pictures are my Senior pics, I was around 280, then my heaviest at 303 right before graduation. Today I'm at 222.5. ok, I added the pictures from my computer...hope it shows up on the screen... -
So, this week I've gotten outside to do some walking and have done 100 crunches everynight! WooHoo! Now what I really need to do is get in more water daily.

Had my last fill Monday, no numbing shot, just layed down, needle in port took out the sline that was in it to see how much I had in it, replaced the saline with some extra, all together a 2.2 fill. sat up and drank a glass of water with no problems and went home.
