    Ice Cream Addiction!!! HELP!!!

    Stop going down the frozen food isle and stop buying it. Sorry, that's all I can say, because thats what I had to do. I gained back 20 pounds because of eating lots of ice cream. Its just not worth it, I've lost fifteen of that now because i got a fill and stopped eating the stuff. If you do buy it go for the fat free, sugar free...whatever, usually it doesnt taste as good so you dont eat as much or you think of that taste when you think of eating ice cream and it slowly loses its apeal.

    Telly, you know what I think about this subject. But I wanted to come in here and say it again, you are a GREAT person who is working so hard and deserve every pound you lose. I like your comment about not being a "lazy loser" lol, so me before I met you! Kepp working hard and being a great inspiration to me.

    One thing I've heard is that when youre working the abs, you don't want to take a lot of time between sets, that the muscle needs more of a constant workout for it to really be beneficial. That's what I read somewhere anyway's. So I only lay back for a second or two before dong another set. Good Luck!!

    Exercise Today

    I've been doing them everynight for I'd say a little over 2 weeks. I started off doing 4 sets of 25. The first couple days after my stomach hurt so bad during the day, but I made myself do it every single night. Then about a week ago I realized I could do 50 at a time, so then I started doing 2 sets of 50. Then I'd try adding 25 after the hundred, to get 125, and I just kept working myself up. It really doesn't bother me at all during the day now, no real sorness. What really helps me is instead of counting to myself in my head and not breathing while doing them, which is bad. My boyfriend counts for me and reminds me to breath and encourages me on.

    *Update* I did 250 crunches instead of 200 and I got my 6 lb medicine ball out and did arm lifts and squats with it last night. Now today, I hope to get in an hour walk/jog, 250 crunches, leg lifts, and working with the medicine ball.

    Today, only a 30 min walk-don't kill me Telly!! Tonight its going up to two hundred crunches, leg lifts, blah yadda yadda.

    Another pic of my kitty....when she lays on our living room rug, its almost like camo...my boyfriend accidentily steps on her all the time when shes like this on the rug and its dark. Although his size 16+ foot might have something to do with it too...hehe.

    Ok here it goes.... 1. I will stop hearing family members asking if I'm still losing...or why am I not losing? 2. I wont feel like people are looking at me when I am out in public with my boyfriend and wonder why he's dating a fat chick. 3. I will never step foot into Lane Bryant or ask another sales lady at a department store where the "Womens or Plus Size" department is.(stolen) 4. I Will go into The Gap, American Eagle, Express, Limited, Banana Republic without feeling like everyone is looking at me like "what is SHE doing in here?".(stolen) 5. Have my dream wedding and feel beautiful in my dream wedding dress. 6. Have healthy pregnancies someday then be the best mom I possibly can be. 7. Be a "hot" mom and "sexy" wife-someday 8. Show my sister how great being healthy is and hope she wants to be like her little sister. 9. Go into the mall and not have to tell my boyfriend I don't fit into their clothes when he asks if I want to go into a certain "hip" store. 10. Be happy

  15. I didn't have my first fill until 7-8 months after surgery, but it was my choice. I was losing quite easily with no fill and was able to eat only small portions....then wen the scale stopped and I realized I could start eating more, I went in and they said that was the right time for the fill... I know I'm not quite the norm, most go in 4-6 weeks after for their first fills, so what you were told seems very strange to me.

    One Year Bandiversary

    Wow, reading that gets me thinking about my two year bandiversary coming up and how wonderful my life has been these last two years....how lucky I am to have this tool. Thank you for reminding me why I got the band and how great it really is.

    Those of you who are banded, do you exercise?

    I did almost no exercise my first year...I get into doing a routine for a few days then stop...I was losing without, so I was lazy. But then the weight stopped coming off just by not eating as much.....and I started to gain. Now I'm starting to love exercise. I'm up to 125+ crunches a night, leg lifts, and other floor exercises. And then also get in an hour+ walk/jog every day. Now I'm really losing the weight again.

    Haha...wasn't so much the flashes from the camera than the small hat on her head and a string of peppers wrapped around her....we had to give her lts of love after to make up for "torturing" her. About her nose, thats what I love about her so much, everything is opposite. her noise, then her chin, then her legs, all opposites of black and orange. I just love her to death....she's my baby. Hope everyone has fun tonight...theres no partying or drinking for me, but maybe Ill download some Spanish music on the Ipod to listen to during my run, haha.

    Ok, Im in BigPaul always makes me feel really good about myself. He's funny and silly but really smart right when you need him to be. TellyMelly keeps me motivated on days I think I want to slack and theres always a smile on my face when I'm talking to her, she just keeps me laughing. She brightens my day!

    I just realized...

    I just realized, i take the long way now. Before the band, when I tried going on walks and working out..I'd still end up taking an easier way or not walking very long. Now, I'm finding the longest possibly route to the Library Building and hoping to find uphill roads....I'm loving challenge.....way new to me.

    You're right.....the working out they were doing was insane(kind of like yours telly, j/k ) They were burning SO many calories...I have a feeling there was NO sitting around that house or watching tv. But it shows that it is possible.

    Haha...hmmm...my bf would be very excited to see a cheerleading outfit in the closet. But not sure I could compete with all those little cheerleaders on the sidelines at his games...but I'll get there!
