I agree, Superman84. I've started following the diet (90 grams protein , eating every 3 hours (5 to 6 meals/day), increasing water to 80 ozs). I'm still eating regular food between shakes but really reducing portion size. I'm using this time to try shakes, fruit drinks, soups and recipes so that I can be prepared after surgery. I'm down 4 lbs after 2 weeks, My next goal is 30 minutes of exercise (walking mostly) everyday. I think long term success will depend on this preparation.
