Hi Friend! It's not hard to stay positive when the weight is coming off...however slowly it is (but I'd be frustrated too if I was you). I'm sure you've ruled out any of the possible complications with the band, but just curious, did your doc do an upper GI or xray (to check for the band position, slip, or stretched pouch) and a fill with fluoro yet (to check the restriction, and for a possible leak)? I've never seen anyone with the band completely filled and no restriction...actually, I didn't ask how your restriction is...do you feel anything?

I see you're on the road to RNY. I know of several who had band complications and got revisions to another WLS. I know a gal who just had it done this summer and has lost 40 pounds already. It certainly works faster than the band!
