Cheated on my 2 week liquid diet the first week a few times. Nothing crazy! Scrambled eggs, crackers, rice and chicken. All those things i had once.
I've been very good the 2nd week. Drinking 3-5 protein shakes a day. Averaging less than 10 carbs a day. 120 oz of water. Feel super guilty about it and scared I might of messed up for my surgery (sleeve) . My surgery is Thursday in Mexico.
Praying that I haven't.
