If you feel comfortable with telling people then go ahead. I told my whole family, my husbands, and my close friends..i had about 2 or 3 that gave negative reactions but i told them i did my research and you cant knock it if you are not in my shoes(obviously them being skinny). And i havent heard anything else negative about it since. So really if your happy with your decision then don't worry about what other people think.

WELL I WENT TO SOUTH COAST MEDICAL CENTER IN LAGUNA BEACH,CA.... THEY WERE SOOOO WONDERFUL MADE SURE I WAS ALRIGHT ALL THE TIME, DIDNT MAKE ME RUSH ANYTHING LET ME DO EVERYTHING WHEN I WAS READY, EXPLAINED EACH STEP TO ME AND MY HUSBAND..I WAS THERE FROM 7:30 AM-2:00PM...I WAS REAL SORE YESTERDAY BUT TODAY JUST WAKING UP IM OKAY I AM WALKING A LIL FASTER..LOL BUT JUST WANTED TO SHARE HOW IT WENT. JUST PRAYING I DONT GET TOO MUCH GAS:scared2:

Does Anyone Know If Its Okay To Have Avacados While On The Pre-op Liquid Diet. Well I Asked My Doc And They Said Non-starchy Veggie's And Some Deli Slices....but I Forgot To Ask How Much..duh! But I Figured Avacados Would Be Good What Do You Think?

Thanks for the info.. I really needed that cause I am so clueless wih this whole liquid diet....It just hard going from eating whenever and whatever you wanted to nothing but shakes and water..lol but I have 5 days left on the liquids then the surgery on the 12th!!! Yipppe

I DONT SEEM TO BE DYING OF HUNGER BUT WHEN U HAVE 3 KIDS AND U HAVE TO MAKE THE MEALS IT DOES GET HARD. I JUST KEEP MY FOCUS ON WANTNG MY SURGERY TO GO WELL WITH NO COMPLICATIONS.
