need help to walk again

I was a Vibrant go getter healthy at 400lbs  no medical issues just a chubby lady after surgery it was like someone dimming a light switch I got weaker and weaker and it affected my mobility with slow decline to walk and balance plus my brain my brain thinks I am out of balance anytime I am standing up I have to lean or hold on to walls or counter tops. I went from being a vivacious gal to a very sad person I lost my job over this undiagnosed ailment my life has changed its terrible my  grown daughter needs to be home to help me now this is your worst nightmare come true.
