After years of fighting with weight loss and going up and down like a yo yo I for a while just gave up.  When my knees, back, ankles, oh let's be honest just about my whole body began hurting more then usual and few health scares I researched weight loss surgeries and found that it would be a great tool in getting my life back.   My surgery was a month and a half ago and I'm feeling great and am looking forward to a continuous success in my journey.  I'm hoping to find that extra needed support and answers on here from others that have gone through their own journey to successful weight loss.
