I was at the same weight for about 3 weeks, but then decided to get a fill & I'm doing much better. I was hesitant on getting a fill because some days I could eat whatever I wanted, but then other days I felt restricted and couldn't eat much. I decided that I wanted to lose more weight, so I decided to get a fill. So far so good. To try other things to lose weight, make sure you get enough protein in, wait 30 minutes before and 1 hour after to drink around meals, and try new exercises to get more motivated to work out.
