    I was banded on May 13th. I have lost 30 lbs and 2 1/2 inches. I have absolutely no regrets. This was a hard sell to my wife. She just didn't fell that it was needed. Since then she has changed her mind and is actually losing a litt.le weight herelf(not that she needed to). Since I work outside and HATE Gatorade I began drinking Powerade. That has helped me lose the craving for sodas. Dennis
