what a blessing to read your blog. I was banded in Oct, I have lost 28 pounds but now I am eating more and w/o problems. I sometimes ask myself if I was dreaming, did I really have surgery, lol

I am having another fill in 2 weeks, I have a 10cc port, having 6cc in it. I was so encouraged to read that another fill might make a difference. Yur my angel, I will keep hope. I just do not feel full at any time.

any hints or tips on what to do when your hungry?

I was banded 3 months ago. would love to share some ideas with u and check on any problems. I do have some eating problems lately, too much ug.

I have lost 28 pounds but wonder now if I will lose more since I am being " bad". need to learn control

I just read your blog. How are u doing? I was banded 3 months ago but the way I eat, I often ask myself if it was a dream, lol. I have lost 28 pounds but most recently nothing becuz of the way I eat, ug ug. did u go thru any of these problems. I am 64 and need to learn control so I can get healthy
