Soft Food Suggestions
TIB replied to Slimmy-mommeee's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm 6 weeks out from post op and I am still on soft foods, and I am so burnt out and don't know what to eat. I have wasted soooooo much money and food. I cannot eat any tomatoe base anything due to my reflux, eggs sour my tummy as well as avocado I am so frustrated does anyone have any suggest? Also, what is the process to eating food again. Did you just jump back in, or what was your gradual process to eating regular food again?😔 -
I did go to the doctor today, and he stated the sour taste is coming from whatever I am eating and it will take a minute to see what you tummy like, and he told me to continue taking the Nexium for the reflux.

I am in my 5th week of post op. I feel great, but I am struggling with taking my multivitamins. The chewable makes me nauseous and I am not a medicine taker so taking 4 was a bit much. I tried the drink (2xs daily) and the taste was appalling. Is there a 1 per day biatric multivitamins that includes everything? I have had thick hair all my life and it is starting to get thin and smooth clear skin in which I am starting to get pimples. Not too noticeable but I notice. How do I strengthen my hair and clear my skin back up. What is the best all included biatric multivitamin?

I'm not sure, but I am on my 6th week and I feel like everything I eat and drink makes me nauseous including water, and I have a sour taste from my stomach in my mouth. I am starting to not eat from the nausea. Have anyone dealt with this and what did you do about it?

Thanks a bunch. I just got my one a day biatric pills. I need to find a cheap calcium until I can afford a better brand. Any ideas?

Thanks for the insight

I was told by my doctor and nutritionist to only take bariatric multivitamins because of the lack of FDA approval per the previous comment made. I did use Biatric Fusion, but they do not have a one per day pill, so now I have ordered a one per day from BiatricPal. Has anyone tried their brand?
