    I only eat one small can for lunch and one small can for dinner. It takes me at least 30 minutes to eat it as well.

    I feel like I am already over doing it on how much I take in daily. I drink my protein shake in the morning and water threw out the day. My Dr. told me I could have cream or broth type soups so I will have on at lunch and one at dinner and it scares my that I am having to much for only being 7 days post.
