its been 13 weeks since bariatric surgery still feeling sick EVERY morning for about a hour or so..I've lost 2 and half stone there's no food that I enjoy just drink water and take my vitamins every day could anybody tell me if I can use a vibrating plate part of my exercise please

Hi I haven't told anyone but my closest family I just don't want everyone to know it's not their business I'm 3 half weeks after op but omg I'm struggling I can't eat anything hardly...drinking ok but the thought of food makes me feel very sick I'm back to see consultant Tuesday see what she says about it I also have a pain on my left hand side very sharp pain it knocks me about it's there most the day when it comes not every day but 3 days out of 7 ...time I think time 😔

I'm the same I'm in a lot of pain I feel sick 24/7...I'm struggling to look forward all I do is cry and regret what I've done 😭

Me 2 I really can't drink them I'm 3 weeks in now and everything makes me feel sick don't feel hungry I just sip water and slimfast, I hear other patients at 3 weeks in really doing a lot better than me I also have a pain down left side its like I've got stitch got 3 weeks before I see surgeon

I'm 3 weeks in now after my bariatric sleeve omg do I feel rough specially on mornings I'm bringing a lot of spit up I can't even take water EVERYTHING makes me feel sick its horrible really getting me down
