wow i just had to stop by and comment on your weight loss. i think we are on the same thread for the biggest loser 09. you have done such an amazing job. it almost makes me wonder what i'm doing wrong. we were banded only 2 days apart, had the same surgery date weight and yet you are so far ahead of me. i know this is not a competition but i cant help but compare myself to you. i think your like 20lbs down more than i am and i really have to congratulate you on a job well done! keep up the good work! if you have time and dont mind can you share some of eating habits with me (diet tips). i think thats were my biggest obstacle lies. i work out 5 days a week for an hour and my diet is on the betterside of good, but it could be so much better.
