hey girl! im doing well how about yourself? sorry just saw i didnt reply to your last message about 2 months ago! if that exercise tape you were talking about is anything like jillian michaels 30 min shred, then you are right! its a good way to get in cardio if you can push yourself through the whole 30 minutes! i love it.
how is your fill? hopefully you still arent too tight.

bek! i just saw your post about being too tight-- im soo sorry and i hope you went to the doc and got that figured out by now! i had the same problem in late march-early may, although i was at 7cc (and over those 2 months i got multiple small unfills down to 6cc with no progress). it was awful throwing up everything, eventually i couldnt even get down liquids! i definitely lost a lot then, but in a really unhealthy way and i wouldnt do it again. it seems pretty obvious to me now that my band slipped! after they unfilled it, luckily it was early enough for my band to just go right back into place. i have 3cc now, but that is pretty much nothing for me since my doc put my band in me with 5cc! but i am so much happier not getting stuck all the time or being worried eating in front of other people. still losing weight, just through some newfound willpower, eating right and exercising.
anyways, hope all is getting better! and still waiting for my bf/trainer to arrive in the mail...

thanks for the pic comment and the compliments! happy to share my NSVs, but just especially happy that i am HAVING them! heres one i had today... sharing it JUSt for you (because you said you like reading them! haha)
i was working out with my trainer today, and while i was doing pushups he goes "hey, i can finally see your tricep muscles coming in!" my arms are my least favorite part of my body, but they are getting muscular which is awesomeee and so motivating for me to lift harder. then, later in the workout, he just kinda stops and says "you know, thinking back to when we first met (like 8 months ago).. it's just night and day. you arent the same person at all. you can run circles around the old you." which, i mean, i knew... but its always great when someone else notices your achievements.
you have done a great job so far along the journey with your weightloss! keep in touch!

hey thanks for the pic comment! i work out a lot now, but that was a gradual change in me... im totally addicted now! i started working out lightly before surgery (but i guess on and off i had always been a little bit active). about a month after surgery i started working out hardcore 5X a week, but things got busy with school about two months later and the only real exercise i did for feb-beginning of may was a lot of walking every day. for the past two months though, i have been working out anywhere from 4-6X a week, this last month i have worked out with a trainer for 2 of those days each week. i needed to wait until i was ready to put my everything into exercising... now i LOVE it! cant believe im one of those people... haha
good luck to you! you have made amazing progress already in your pics! let me know if you have any other questions
