Also, have you been working on making exercise a weekly habit. Exercise can be the balancing factor. It can also be the reason you keep losing longer. Adding exercise or bumping up your exercise game, could boost ur metabolism enough to help you lose ur last 30. I am 5 11” HW- 260 SW 247 CW- 175 I’m 6 months PO. Exercise has kept me steadily losing. I do 3 hours a week of reasonable exercise. Check out Leslie Sansone - Walk AWAY the pounds. My favorites are walk to the Hiits and the resistance band walks. The Fairlife milk can replace water and juice and give you 13g of protein. My dr recommended I use Fairlife bc water doesn’t go down well for me. I get the Fairlife skim milk and it’s been a life saver since day 1. I’ll be 6 months post op Aug. 17. I’ve lost 90 lbs. I weigh my food and plan my meals and focus on protein. I don’t deny myself a scoop of ice cream when I want it which has been twice a month. I make sure it’s 2oz. and only if I’ve reached my protein goal for the day. I look at everyone’s systems to find tips. I wanted to share mine in case it may help. I don’t want to leave out that I exercise 3 days a week for 60 mins each but nothing extreme. Leslie sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds and an ab workout. You are already doing everything right! You are monitoring yourself and making changes where you see fit! That’s LIFELONG changes. How awesome is that! -

There are YouTube reviews of all of the surgeons at xiluetmiami. Check those out and definitely hold them to strict safety questions. These drs are highly educated and knowledgeable about safety precautions. I’ve heard some ppl say their coordinators were not prompt. My coordinator always answers any questions I have. But, that might be something you research along with any safety and quality questions u might have for your consultation. I hope this info helps.

Dr. stover in Miami. Certified with board of plastic surgery. Has excellent bedside manner. Xiluet pronounced like silhouette, has great reviews, pictures for review. They allow you to make payments over 1 year. They offer an In-Stay center for 300 a night that includes nurse care. They have specials. Right now, BBL with tummy tuck and LIPO 360 is 8000.00. Make sure you prepare for presurgical testing either with your own pcp or you can pay for it when you get there and that’s around 500.00. All of the drs are compassionate. They practice safety guidelines for safe BBL.

This comment is not a “nananabooboo” kind of comment. I am 3 1/2 months out of surgery. Vsg on feb 17. I’ve lost 70 pounds. I know, great. Yes, I want to lose weight. It was the whole point. I do not want to STOP losing either, BUT losing this much this fast has been ALARMING. It has also caused some weird chin sagging. There’s benefit to slow and steady. Rebuilding your mental awareness that accompanies good life long habits. It will give your skin a chance to spring back. I’m going to need some after care plastics. I’m not looking forward to more surgery. I hope this was a positive message.

Hi. My Drs had me on Victoza before weight loss surgery. My experience was really good. I used it to completely stop ALL sweetened beverages and that was a big success. The victoza decreased my appetite and totally got rid of my sweet tooth. Then 6 months later I had gastric sleeve. I lost 10 lbs on the Victoza. Before I started Victoza I was 260. I lost the 10lbs. Now I’m 9 weeks out from gastric sleeve and I was 197 this morning. So, 60 pounds total weight.
