Hey all! I have an appointment Friday to start my 3 month supervised diet prior to surgery! I'm excited but nervous at the same time. What should I expect during this next three months? What sort of diet were you asked to follow? Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I assume there would be some variability. My insurance isn't requiring it at all, but the office wanted me to do so. I'm pretty thankful for that, because as you mentioned, I would assume it would help with the transition into the new post-op lifestyle!
