You look amazing...I was looking at the pics of you from the beginning of the nursing program and you look wonderful! It is amazing how we forget how big we used to be until we look at pictures...I look at my pictures now in disgust! anyways keep up the good work! you go girl!!!!

Just now noticed that you sent me messages...how is the wedding band going? mine is great lost 70lbs to date (7 months post op). I cannot believe that...it is definitely life changing! I hope all is well on your journey...let me know how it is going...talk to you later

SO I have not posted in a while and just want go give an update. I am down 70 lbs since surgery day (7 months a go) and I feel great! I have 50 lbs to loose before graduation in June and I am determined to hit the goal. With determination and support anything is possible!!!

Today was my first day back (after having summer vacation off) to nursing school. It was amazing all the compliments I got. Everyone was so intrigued that I had lost so much weight. I have lost 39 lbs since June 23 2008 (just a little over 3 months). I am even amazed by the results and have dropped 2 dress sizes. Having lap band surgery was one of the best decisions I made in my life! I know there is so many lifestyle changes, but they are to improve all of you qualities of life! I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me!
