hello there! you look so awesome! i got band on 05/08 lost 70ish or so pounds working 12 hr shifts 3-4days aweek can realy hurt a person who trys to work out any thing i can do? cal count? my doc says eat til full... oooh hellno she just aint knowing..lol so any thing i can do at least 3xs a week? foods exersice?

greetings my sista how things going for you ? are you band yet ? if so when and how things going for you ? as for me i was band 5th of may this yr lost 52 total so far but gain 6 then lost im kinda all over the scale my doc placed me on a estrogen patch since i had a hysterectomy and my hormones are actin a fool..lol but im sure we will get through this by god grace and mercy, until then have a blessed day

hello dear, i've chit chatted with you in the pass about my weightloss, im 2yrs out and lost 75 pounds, had surgery in feb total hysterectomy, and seems to be gaing, how much cal should i comsume?

Greeting my name is marie i was banned on 5th of may 08 and was loosing weight fine then bam! as of 06-28 gain 7 pounds and lost 5 of that just to gain it again its mid july and im still weighing the same what is the deal im at a max fill of 4cc in a 4cc band,im watchin my foods, work outs like a mad dog, am i lack of something or too much of something ?
