    yes san i did the same thing last month i felt like my scale was punking me..lol not to worry your doing ok maybe your muscle was flexin upwards.

Greeting everyone, i was banded this may 5th and by god grace & mercy lost 34 as of 06-28, then gain 5 pounds after that . as of today lost the 5 but is this normal or shall i ask if anyone done this before i know the scale may stand still but go up??? wow i walk 1-2 miles 3 or 4 times a week Water down watch what i eat i just want some advice on what am i doing wrong. i started at 298 needing to loose at least 100 + pounds to loose i know its a slow changed but going up was not part of the plan.:thumbup::ohmy: 298/ 269 /170 may 5th 2008 Karen MacKenzie MD Visaila California

  9. call ur Doc dont wait til monday ask what can u take to get it to go down and now you see that this is one food you can not eat... please dont eat it again we dont want you suffering we all have weakness nad some of us will try to "beat the system" dont do this with something you worked so hard for.

    ok as stated before i wrote down what i had today 0830 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese 3pc of fruit ( grapes canalope) granola w/ raisins ( top of cottage cheese) 1230 mix trail nuts 330pm small salad and veg Soup 7pm 1 soft taco ( 1 flour tort, chesse, lettus no sauce of any kind total Water in take 64 oz no work out today due to working ( however im on my feet walking most of the 12 hr shift.
  14. many people has asked if we are watching what we eat then why count carbs & cali ? i never did those things but my scale keeps punking my weight one min im gaingin then loose what i gain i been at the same weight since june 28th i need something ? getting to much of something ? im at my max fill of 4cc im getting my exersice in so what is it that im not doing or getting ? can anyone help me out here? the doctor thinks im not eating right but if i was loosing up til then how can i not be? i dont know i feel like i failed already and i havent made my 6th month anniversery yet:thumbdown::tt1::eek::tongue_smilie: im giving my best

    i am a dibectic and i was using slim fast high protien til i learn the sugar in it my goodness is there a less sugar low carb one beside slim fast tht i can use as a sub if i cant eat in the morning ?? my doct says NO SNACKING between meals drink Water if im hungry sometimes my gutts says food but the brain says thursty..     Thanks luna that makes good since im going to write down every thing and post back at the end of the day its hard some times i work 12 hrs shift at a hospital and man by the time i eat dinner its 7-730 at night thank god thats only 3 days a week but still im thinking the time of day is making a big difference as well ?

    protien in take 44-46, portion size is small 2 some times 3 meals a day,the surgeon says i have no limit nor size just besure to eat meat 1st veggie 2nd 8oz water 30 min before and after each meal. and regardless of the time if im not hungery dont eat, well i am a diabetic i cant just let all morning go with out something my body proved that and i was in the ER dept. starting tomorrow i will write down all carbs cal protien and at the end of the day come back on here and let you guys see and hopefully let me know what im doing. (yes i work out 2mile walks and 30 min arobics before bed)
  18. i have 5 kids ages 12 -20 and i plan on playing me sum flag football with them( 4 boy and 1 girl they been talkin mad head.)and run they tail over!!!!!!!! no rules for the mama! yeah boy im gonna run like heck and get a touch down!!!!!!! while they dad look on and pray he can score after..lol

Greeting my name is marie i was banned on 5th of may 08 and was loosing weight fine then bam! as of 06-28 gain 7 pounds and lost 5 of that just to gain it again its mid july and im still weighing the same what is the deal im at a max fill of 4cc in a 4cc band,im watchin my foods, work outs like a mad dog, am i lack of something or too much of something ?

  20. ok for sum reason my body is gaining weight i mean it will gain 5-6 pounds loose 4 pounds back up 5 pounds loose3 pounds whats going on here am i not doing somrthing right i was loosing close to 15 pounds a month just to turn and gain can sum 1 help me? i know it takes time but hey if i was loosing good then why not now at least 2pounds a week not gain close to 6. im at my max fill of 4cc so whats up ? i cant find a local dietition so i feel abanded..:confused_smile::smile2::crying::confused2:
  21. i dont feel restriction im maxed on my fill (4cc) im walking 2 mile brisk walks ( fast paste) 3-4 times a week i would do more but i work 12 hour shifts. low fat cottage cheese w/ fruit or mix trail nuts, coffee boil egg (l) grill chicken salad or mixed salad friut dinner fish or chicken baked or boiled water and ice decaff tea in between crystal light as well, no periods ( hyster in '03) maybe i need to change up on menu it get hard raising 3 out of 5 kids on one income so i cant buy things when i run out all the time..maybe ishould go back to liquids for a week i dont know , my insurance wont cover me to see an dietrition or nutrtion so i feel im stuck

    thanks now that you mention it i have slowed down on the drinking but that was coz i thought i was drinking to much Water thats way my weight gained. i love my iced tea and decaff coffee love my crytal light, but for sum reason was gaining, then loosing the gain it back

    Not Losing Weight

    thanks i need that .....my body at times feels like a mule with a hard kick when it comes to dieting im at my max fill of 4cc in a 4cc band so i tryed that (eating in the morning) low fat cottage cheese w/ fruit coffee it holds my hunger til 130-230 afternoon but the scale is still going up then burn off then up its like im getting punked by my own scale....humm. well total pounds off 36 when i know it should be pushing 50 ( based on the weight i was loosing in the begaing)
