    That irritation is so real! I think burping helped. Walking helped a ton too! And I feel like I'm sleeping in 15 minute increments. 😴

    I'm all sleeved and in my room until tomorrow! The gas pain is for real. I've never been so happy to burp in my life. My mouth is super dry, but alas, everything went perfectly. Being a nurse, it's hard to be the patient! I hope everyone else's procedures go smoothly. I'm thinking of you all!

    That second day of the liquid diet was really hard, but things have been a lot better since. Closing day 6 now and I honestly don't feel like any more protein shakes and I would love to eat something crunchy, but... laser focus. Two kid parties this weekend and I survived!

    This liquid diet is brutal. Yesterday was worse than today and I'm nearly halfway through. How are you guys doing?

    Hey, guys! Surgery in 9 days and it feels surreal. I met with my surgeon this past Thursday and star my liquid diet on Tuesday. Kind of freaking out about getting sick and being on the liquid diet while also working 12 hour shifts as a nurse. 😷 I hope this anxiety passes soon!

    Same, here! I'm nervous, but excited! My program does a full liquid pre op diet for week. I start on 3/3!
