Hi Everyone, its been ages since Ive been on here. Hope all are doing well on the weight loss journey.... Has for me Ive come to a stand still the weight just aint moving It seems its levelled off... Really need to get a fill as Ive had no restrictriction for the last few months now... i'm surprised I aint really put on has Ive been eating virtually what I like...:thumbdown: CW.

Hello to everyone old & new, especially those who have recently been banded well done to you. The journeys a long and hard one, but well rewarding.. I feel Great that finally my weight loss has really started moving, restriction is a wonderfull thing. Takes a bit of getting use too after years of scoffing what I like. the only thing I hate about it is the Acid reflux I get some nights. I have a bin at the side of the bed just incase I need to spit out (sorry lol) but its getting much better now usually I can get a good nights rest. It's really Good&weird at the sametime everyday I look in the mirror Im beginning to see the old me or should I say the new me. People at work have really noticed the weight loss, on average I get 2 people everyday say "Wow whats happened to you" "Whats the secret" "Are you on the atkins" Etc I find it really strange lol but secretly loving it I feel my confidence growing stronger everyday.... Wish I had done the Op ages ago, Ive still got a way to go yet but it feels great being able to fit in some of my old clothes im glad I kept them lol.. 18stone 6lbs Today it feels GRRRRRRREAT finally being in the teens Thankyou Band. Keep up the fight guys it can take a while to get restriction it took me 3 months (Thankgod for the Wls Group aftercare Package) But when you finally get it then things start moving :thumbup: (Cw)

Thanks Timeisnow It really is a great feeling having restriction takes a little getting use to but im Happy finally reached Lapband-Heaven lol...This is what ive been looking fwd to since my Op in Aprill.... I just hope it last for a weee bit before needing a top up. You to have done really well without restriction keep up the good work.... Cw

Hi frecks, I know how easy it is to overlook some posts this thread moves so fast lol..... It sounds like to me you need a defill thats way to tight:ohmy: Are you getting enough water in through the day? Im still able to eat most things.. I have a Actimel in the morning or weetabix.. for lunch just lots of salad Tuna or chicken... For dinner boiled Potato salad/veg with chicken or so...Trying really hard to get my protein in through the day. Your hardly eating frecks....get a small defill Asap. @ Homecare wendys just great aint she, so positive & very proffesional she def knows what she's doing, & never had any probs finding my port first time.:mad2:

Hello Everyone just want to wish you guys who are having your Ops soon all the best,,,Dont worry to much your in good hands it will be over in a blink of the eye lol..... Just got another Question for all those of you who have,Restriction How soon after the fill did you realise you had proper restriction??? I had a fill with wendy last saturday & im just trying to work out if I have true restriction now or am i just swollen?? I cant eat to much at all could this be it finally the sweet spot lol.....I hope so. Whats your thoughts?
