I have not had much luck with resposes yet on this site, but I thought that I would try one last time since there seems to be some great people out there!:thumbup: I need to start working out more and sometimes a little motivative help is good. Trying to find a place for my old clothes that no longer fit. Need to get rid of them in the next 2 weeks so that I dont have to pack them up and move them with me. Plan on just sending them all the to goodwill if I cannot find them homes! Most of them I am willing to give away to anyone who needs them, but I have the few items that are brand new that I could let go for a small cost. I am have way too many to list out! but I have mostly size 20 and 22 in pants and 3X in shirts. There is a variety of different styles and types of shirts. Let me know if you are interested.

I need to get rid of these clothes asap! I am moving in the next 2 weeks and dont want to have to take them with me and dont want to just throw them away though. If no one wants them I guess I will give them to the good will. Alot of these clothes are almost brand new. Most I will be happy to give away, but some I may ask for a small cost. Thanks for reading! Size 56 tan linen suit jacket (Never worn!) Calvin Klein 1/4 zip black sweater size 5X (Never Worn!) 7 Long sleeve button up shirts, 2 short sleeve linen shirts, 5 t-shirts: most Calvin Klein and Polo brands. Different sizes, colors and designs. ranging is sizes form 3X-5X or 20 35/36 or 37/38

Does anyone know of a clothing swap coming up? or could anyone us some mens clothes size 50-56 or women's 20-24? I have so many clothes sitting a room and I want to get rid of them! I would to see them go to good use. Let me know if you have any info on one or would like them for yourself! Also... I am in the market for some size 18 clothes for myself is anyone has some to spare!

I never actually spoke with him, but was not very impressed with his office. I had seen his website and read people say how great he was so I really wanted him to do my surgery. I was on a time crunch since I was going to be traveling in the end of August and wanted to have it done prior to then and have time to heal before I traveled. The earliest they could get me in for JUST a consultation was 4 weeks and then they said another 6 weeks-8 weeks from there for surgery. Even after I asked if they could please squeeze me in they basically said it could not be done.... so I went else where. You are not the only one who did not get a good vibe. I did not get that you were bad mouthing anyone... just voicing your opinion. Good for you!

Good luck with the surgery pumpkin! How is the liquid diet going? That was the worst thing for me, but you survive. I have the normal 10cc band and my husband has the larger one (i think it is 14cc???). Which one are you getting? I am heading to the meeting tomorrow night and hope to meet some of you there! I need some support

I experienced the same discomfort and my doctor told me it was just from swelling. To me it felt like awful heart burn and a lump.... I just walked around alot when I got this feeling and it helped a little bit. Also, I would force burps out which helped even more. Give it time and I bet in couple of days you will feel alot better.

I feel your pain! I am in the same situation as you, just not as far out. I was banded 1 1/2 months ago and I am having the same issues. I lost 8lbs before the surgery and 6lbs the week after, but have only lost a total of 2lbs since then. I have never felt full or satisfied. I had my first fill on last wednesday and have no restriction at all. I still eat exactally how I could before which obviously is not a good thing. Would love to hear too about what people have to suggest because I can see myself getting very depressed about this too. *and to make matters worse my husband was banded 4 days after me and he has lost 30lbs already! UGH!!!

I was banded on July 7th by Dr. Brown and my husband was on July 11th by Dr. Metz. So far, so good! Had our first fills last wednesday. If anyone wants to chat, I am here. I plan on attending the next meeting (is it in 2 weeks?)

Hi! I am new to all of this and was just banded in Monday July 7th.... I have been reading alot of posts on this site and it is great, but I would love to find a group or even individuals that I can meet with on a regular basis.
