I was banded on Monday June 16th. Doing pretty good on clear fluids. I was got up and went to work today was a little overwhelemed after a couple of hours so I came home and laid down. I felt a kicking/popping sensation in my left side that is now soar if I sit up. Anyone else had this? Im afraid my band opened or my port moved? Or could it just be the gas? Please advise

I was banded on Monday the 16 and I think I was laying down and felt a pop in my left upper side and it to hurts me to sit up. I didnt know if this is normal or my port came out of the muscle? I just pray it wasnt my band I dont have enough money to pay for this again

I was also banded on the 16th. How are you feeling? It feels like I have something caught in my stomach and my left side where the put the port hurts? Are you feeling anything close to the same? I tried work today but that took a toll on me

I really want to have the lapband surgery. I have my surgery scheduled on June 16th. I have the loan ready to go since my insurance wont pay for it. NOW all the sudden my mom and husband are second guessing my decision and wondering if it is a waste of money. My husband is a coke a holic and is having a hard time with that and us going out to the bars. Can you drink? If so what can you drink? Anyone have second thoughts or regrets? I think this is my only tool that is going to help me get back to me.
