I've been having trouble hitting my protein goals so I started incorporating shakes again into my diet. I used to get GNC lean 25 shakes but recently tried Premier Protein shakes and really liked the flavor and they're slightly cheaper so Im thinking to switch to them. Does anyone else use them to supplement their diet and have weight loss with them?

Im on soft foods stage right now and I just ate two hard boiled eggs, about 15 mins apart but still i feel like thats way too much since 2 eggs is about 4 oz. My stomach doesn't hurt. But i feel that full feeling in my chest now. Maybe I'm freaking out but did I damage my pouch? Can my stomach burst?

You'll do great! I had my surgery in the beginning of January and I too was scared. It was actually my first surgery as well and I was terrified to be put under. The surgery is the easy part. You take the best nap and when you wake up, its done! The uncomfortable part is the gas pains when waking up. They fill you with so much gas during the procedure but as soon as you are able to start walking about even just sitting up and getting the gas out and those pains will go away. I wish you luck!
