Weird question, but are you all still burping a lot after you eat? I'm trying to figure out if it's still normal, or if I should be concerned about acid reflux etc. Thanks! -

Thanks! I'll keep motivated! That's a lot of b12! I'm taking just one b12 pill, then iron, calcium, multi vitamin, biotin, and vitamin d. Sometimes taking all the supplements feels like a full-time job itself ha ha. Thanks again! -

You look great, congrats on the loss. I think I've hit my 3 month stall. I've lost less than 2 lbs over the past two weeks, but I'm feeling good and I know I'm eating well, so I'm not too stressed yet. We'll see if it continues. Started a new job that requires I be fairly active so that's good, usually when I start getting in exercise my weight loss slows for a bit and then picks up after a few weeks (the just goes crazy with muscle building). Glad to see everyone is holding in there and doing well! -

That's awesome! I also had my surgery January 27. I'm also down about 40lbs. I've lost this much before and has always been where my weight stalled and my diets stopped working. Hoping surgery is the tool that keeps the loss going. -

That's so nice! I figure the isolation will give me a chance to lose a lot of weight and then surprise everyone when we finally get released. That's a great idea with the clothing though, it must be so cool to see it coming off so quickly. I've lost a lot of weight thus far, but aside from some shirts fitting more loosely I'm still wearing the same clothes, ah well, I'll get there:) good luck with the continued loss! -

I know! It's so hard sometime to eat to get the protein in, and if I mess up and eat something I shouldn't, my body gives me a very unpleasant reminder. I have been enjoying the time to make some really good protein though, yesterday I show cooked some ribs and they were delicious and super high in protein. I'm glad you guys are doing ok! -

I am thankful also, we are really lucky. I know I'd be binging and gaining weight right now if not for surgery -

That's so weird cause I've been having the same issue. Even water is sitting poorly and leaves me burpy. I decided to try a reset and yesterday I did all liquids, water and shakes. Today I think I'll stick to soft foods (I'm thinking yogurt and eggs:)) and I'm hoping that will do the trick. Tomorrow's my weigh in say so a cleanse can't hurt... -

Sorry to hear about your trip, I hope you guys at least got to hop on the phone together. I've been staying connected with zoom meetings, had my whole family on this Sunday and it was great to see their faces. I'm in Maryland so the shelter in place order came just yesterday. Fortunately, as a dog walker, I can still get out everyday to serve those clients who have essential roles, so that's helped a lot. I cannot get all my protein from food. I'm still drinking a shake everyday. I'm also a big fan of keto, so while I'm focused on protein, I'm not shying away from full fat cheese(don't tell on me). I've had almost no veggies!!! I miss them so much, but I just have no room. I'm in a stall at the moment, only lost .4lbs this week. So annoying, but hoping to see the results in my measurements which im terrible at taking. Also feeling lucky I had surgery before all of this or I'd be mostly binge eating while stuck at home. I'd totally take .4 down than 10-20 up, so silver linings I guess. -

Yeah, i have the powder also. I need to give it a try, but in so lazy about using the blender to make my own smoothies ha ha. Fortunately I am doing fine with the premiere protein for now. I'll have to try the powder in soup, that sounds like a great idea! I'm glad you're doing well with everything. I still have days where I wake up and it's all I can do to get my fluids and supplements in, and then days where I can eat two meals and get everything else in I need. But I'm happy with my weight loss and with getting back to walking I'm excited to see how the next few weeks go. -

I made bread today for my family and took a small night to see how it went, and I'm happy to report I had no stomach issues. It's nice to just have a small bite of something as feel satisfied. Plus my family is happy to have fresh baked goods in the house again -

I also drink a premiere protein everyday. I cannot get 60 grams of protein in from food only, it's just not possible for me. So I just focus on two meals a day and then the shake. I've been eating a lot of fish and seafood cause the protein levels are so high. I get frozen fish at aldi/Costco which makes it easy to keep fish available. The concern when you don't get enough protein is that your body will begin to cannibalize your muscles, which can affect your organs. Anyways, good luck!!!! -

Dinner tonight, 1.5 ounces of pan seared tuna, and 1.5 ounces of the pulled pork shoulder I made in the slow cooker yesterday. This will take me a while to finish, but I'll get there:) -

I was away with my family two weeks ago and spent hours everyday in the pool, it was amazing! And in the two weeks, I lost 10 pounds so I was excited about that. I am finally back to work also which as a dog Walker keeps me active everyday. I'm having difficulty getting in even 2 meals and my protein shake, so hearing you're eating stuff other than meat gives me hope! Thanks so much for sharing, I was seriously concerned I would never eat bread again. My plan is to eat very very free carbs until 6 months, then I'll start adding in veggies, and low carb tortillas. Though I have been indulging in a small spoon of peanut butter every night (extra protein right;)) I'm glad everyone is weathering the storm ok, stay strong!
