So is there anything I could take to make my self burp? Or it will get a little better when I start mushies or solids? -
Hi Stephanie forgive me for not getting back to you soon enough. I have not been on this site for awhile. I have been busy with so much work, school, and my girls. Yes I have Dr. Wohlgemuth. He is wonderful. I love him. He makes me feel so comfortable when I go see him. I just had my surgery Sep 18. So I'm in my recovery stage. 4 days post op. Everything went well with my surgery except for having so much gas pain. I hate that. Today wasn't so bad though. I was feeling pretty good. I know you've had your visit with him already. How was it? All of my dates are in my signature. From when I started. I have to update my ticker though so ignore that.

Yes I am going with Dr. Wohlgemuth. I attended his seminar and I liked him. I liked the fact that he had alot of experience with the surgery. Thats what made me choose him. When was your first appt with him? Any progress yet?

Hello to everyone in lapband world. My name is Valerie and I am new to this site. I reside in Va beach. I am the mother of 2 girls. I am going through the process of being banded. I haven't recieved my surgery date yet, I am excited though. I am going through the NORFOLK SURGICAL GROUP. They are a good group, I am happy so far. I search this site for many exciting stories and before and after pics. My current weight is 267 and I'm 5'2. My ideal weight is 115 but I don't see myself at that weight:confused2:. Hey babygyrly36 congrats!! When did you start your whole process? I am trying to figure out when I will get surgery. My first dr. appt was June 3. I only have 2 things left my psch eval 07/09, and my wellness 07/03. I wonder how long after.

I'm new to the site and I saw how your dates just flowed. I am hoping I get a surgery date as fast as you did. I completed the seminar, 1st consultation visit, EKG/lab already. My support group is on 7/3/08, and my psch eval is on 7/9/08. I was hoping I could get a surgery date in July. I work with kindergarteners and I was hoping I could get this all done in the summer while I'm off and my two girls can help me out some.

I don't have one yet. I got to split my payments up into 3 payments of $165.00 and tomorrow I will pay the 3rd payment so I will be able to get a surgery date then. Can't wait.
