HELP! Unbearable gas pain in upper abdomen 😩

I am almost 4 week post gastric sleeve. I had the worst gas pain all around my big incision, and had not gone to the bathroom for 6 days post surgery. I purchase Myralax, taking that along with Gas-X, and the next day I started to "go" and the gas pains subsided. -
