Hate thinking about foods I used to love... Burgers & wings. Gotta stay focused. 😤

There is nothing wrong with burgers and wings...it's only the amount that is the issue. Why not have a burger but take away the bun? You dont need to eat the entire burger. My favorite is using the sous vide to cook them and then giving them a little color in the frying pan. It's all protein anyhow.
As for the wings, why not try making wings at home? By making your own sauce you can cut down on the empty calories.
By giving up foods, you can also cause issues, mental ones. The idea is to not eat all of it, but to enjoy a little portion. That's why we have the stomach changes to begin with. But in all takes things slowly and see what your stomach allows.
