Can you please tell me what your doctors tells you to do after a fill. Mine is just 24 hours liquids and I think that I need more time with liquids then that. But seeing as you have been this a long time you would h ave some advise.

I am so sorry the last person to send you a message was so nasty, ugly and rude. So what you have 67 pounds to lose. I have 90 to lose and I have gotten crap from people also about why did you even get he band you didn't need it. Your insurance approved ugh and I was self pay blah blahblah. Love your avitar pic you look wonderful.

LOL yeah Dr k is good he says I'm on track too. But its going so slow but still m ving so I can not complain to much. Our stats are very similar.

Oh Mike damn I figured they would have given you something. Mine is ok we will see how I am in the AM. Just remember to eat your protien first then veggies. damn 3 months OUCH. my next is in October 28th but I had already had that scheduled before today.

i know what you mean with the kids mine are 12, 6 and 3. My oldest was just great though and so was my hubby.

Yeah this site is great. i personally usully lose slow.I was a total yo yo dieter too. I am 6 months out and have lost 35lb total so far. but I am happy with it.

I have been exersizing alot so that helps. i have lost moreinches then weight.
