Hey everyone I just wanted to stop in since I haven't been on since January. Whats been going on with everyone. Here is my update. I had to have a complete unfill back in January since I was going in for surgery for a pinched nerve in my arm at the elbow Severe Ulnar Neropathy. My doctor requires a complete unfil if you have to have surgery. So when I went in for my unfill I weighed 199. So I wanted to get an appointment to get refilled about a week after my arm surgery Yeah No go they made me wait 6 freakin weeks. I gained back 16 pounds (215lb ). So I was not a happy camper at all. But I am happy to say that as of today I have drop those 16 regained pounds and lost an additional 9 (190 ). So I am a happy happy camper. So I am now about 35 pounds away from my goal. But the best part is the last time I weighed 190 (about 7 years ago)I wore a tight size 16. Well At 190 today I am in a size 12 jeans. I am floored The exersizing has made a huge difference. Thank you all for letting me run my mouth

Ok so I have been a bit bummed I am in a plateau from hell. Small pity party so please excuse me for a moment. :thumbup: I have lost 1 yes just 1 pound since september 25th. Kind of depressing. My next appt is not until January 5th. I am following all the bandster rules. And Exersizing. But there has been one BIG Bright light in it all even though I have not lost more then 1lb In a little over a month but I am down to a size 14 jeans. So I guess I am just building muscle and lossing fat. Ok so the scale is not moving but the sizes are. So i guess I will just hang in there and maybe tthe darn scale will start to move again. Yes it counts toward your total water intake for the day. I love this water it is awesome and it also has 5 grams of fiber along with the 5 grams of protien.

fibersure is what i use. 5 grams per tsp. you can not even taste it. mixes with any liquid
