    So glad it has been successful for you. I really want the band but everyone is pushing the sleeve. Curious whether you can eat salads and raw veggies as I hear this is a challenge with the band.

    I use the chest high spanx panty with the highest level of support. I am presurg but have issues from a prior giant hernia removal. I'm assuming you are talking belly skin and not legs.
