Rosie, you got this. Having the larger incision is harder on you, mentally and physically. But you will heal! Try pro-t gold in tea. It tastes like berries and may help you heal a bit more quickly. I tried it and it helped. Praying for you girl! Surgery sisters are here! (And brothers 🙂) -

Hey! Late to the feed, but I had a sleeve on 12/31. First New Years Eve in a long time where I felt like I was working towards something instead of just wishing! I am having trouble getting everything in during the day. Between the two vitamin shakes and all the protein I feel so bloated. Have y’all noticed pain when you swallow certain things? I can’t have water that’s too cold and jello bugs me. I may just be weird. 🙃 -

I'm around 10 lbs too! Mine was 12/31. Today was rough- the first day I got nauseous since the first couple days. I'm having trouble with my vitamin intake- the Celebrate shake. Are y'all on the full liquid phase? or moved on to pureed? -
