Good morning/afternoon,
I was wondering if anyone had pre-op diet counseling. Like, did your surgeon have you take classes on HOW to eat better? What foods are actually good and bad for you? And how to get onto a better food path?
So far my monthly check-ins have only consisted of the nurse practitioner asking how I'm doing. There is really not much support. I mean I got as heavy as I am because I was never taught how to eat right. How am I supposed to know what foods are good for me?
