Hi,
I am Gami. I have been up and down with my weight for what feels like FOREVER lol
I work at The University of Michigan Hospitals and my coworker turned me on the WLS....
Back story: I am going to be 57 this year, always had issues with my weight.
The biggest thing I had issues with is the mindset. I could not wrap my mind around the facts that I really could not eat all the things I used to. So with that I did. And really nothing happened very SLOW weight loss, never feeling full. Could eat anything with no issues.
Finally about month 9 is all started making sense. I finally can feel my pouch when full, I know when I have eaten to much. I know now!!!
So when my head finally got in touch with my stomach, the weight began to come off.
I can happily say I am in the 190's and things are moving in the right direction.
Never Never Never Give UP
