I hope you can have them both done at the same time. I was supposed to have mine done at the same time but my gallbladder burst the night before my surgery so all they could do was clean me out and give me antibiotics. I'm doing ok. I'm eating free breakfast and lunch from the local school so though it's not always the healthiest options like cereal it is better than anything I'd be getting from dunkin donuts or McDonalds by my job. I eat from Ramekins or mini appetizer dishes with these tiny appetizer utensils. These force me to take little bites since they are smaller than my daughter's doll spoons.
