I had a recently retired surgeon tell me.... he expects that elective surgery will not be back in full production until at least Sept, 2020 and any hiccup at all will delay it till 2021. -

I just heard that the CDC is suggesting that all none essential surgery be postponed. For up to 2 months effective immediately. I suggest you call your clinic and confirm. -
I am getting rid of mine. I am in 42 pants down from 50. I have clothes down to 38 pants. When I get to 36, I will shop thrift stores until I get to my goal weight. Then buy some nicer items.

Walking is great advice. My neighbor who had RNY surgery said walk 1000 steps every 2 hours. For the same reason, to greatly reduce gas pain. He also suggested bringing anti-gas pills with you to the hospital. -
