Totally agree I have a 5,3 and 5 month old!! Keeps me on my toes. But I love working out HIIT. I have down it for years and love it! Plus it’s a fast and efficient work out. If I don’t have time to slam weights. I’ll just do a 30 minute HIIT routine. -

During my stall I lost 10”!!!! This it totally tru the scale and inches don’t move together as per my PA. I do love my exercise. But I always have and gym memberships here are cheap 9.99. I don’t utilize personal training my husband is very fit so if I have any questions I just ask him and we research together. I was in stall my week 4 and it broke. After 7 days. I’m now losing about 4lbs a week. How is eating going? Can u tolerate more foods? -

I got a great email from one of the veterans here and she said that our weight loss will slow down after the first month or so she averaged about 3 lbs a week after that. Some weeks more or less ( during stalls) thought I’d pass along the info -
Malabsorption of psych meds? Or any meds?
sarahSingh91 replied to Briswife15's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
I would defiantly mention this to tour team. Also talk to ur pharmacist about crushing your psych meds just because it can make the effect extreme or cancel them out. Some meds are not crushable. A lot of people have very small malabsorption of medication. All of our vitamins and prescriptions are absorbed in our intestines bowels etc. not in our stomach. They only mess with 1/3 or your bowels. So your still absorbing everything minus the 1/3. Which isn’t much considering how much bowel we have! Also sometimes if I’m a led for a long period of times you may need to switch it up. Just talk with your doctor -

Chicken sat great with me also. I can’t drink very much of my smoothie it’s pathetic how I make it. I add 5spinach leaves (I freeze my fresh spinach) 2 blue berries and one strawberry and 1/4 cup of almond milk unsweetened. And it takes me 3 hours to drink it. It makes so much!! Ugh 😩 but it does help with energy! -

I agree. I miss my daily work outs so bad. It’s driving me crazy. I go for extreme walks 😳 pretty much hiking. (I live in Colorado) and I wear the baby so I feel a good burn ☺️ Yea it seems like my body has to much energy. And I’m itching to run and lift and get back into my HIIT training!! I am 6 weeks Feb 24!! Yayyy!!! -

Avocado BLT Avocado, turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato- dash of salt and drizzle of ranch- They made them in the actually avocado cup but I put in a bowl cause I can only eat 1.5oz. Sometimes only 1oz depends on the day. The actual recipe pic and then my modified bariatric version lol -

Umm my husband has been my biggest “noticer” I can’t keep him off me. It’s so great! We are loving just the freshness in our home. And we are having fun with my two bite maximum lol he even teases me lol it’s super fun! :) my best friend that know about the surgery was shocked at our lunch date at the change. My surgeon told me. We will lose lbs on the scale then our body will change dramatically through our stalls. So that’s why it’s important to check inches. Through my stall I lost my 10inches!!! But no weight! It was astonishing. Because my stall kind of messed with my head. I was expecting it. I was prepared for it. But at the end of the week I just felt so down. -
