I have been hiking. I did some weight training before but nothing like I want to get into. All of our gyms are closed (I’m in Colorado) I am going crazy at home. But I understand the importance. And I want to stay healthy -

Really tired of the shelter in place. But glad went kicking this virus in the butt! We go hiking 3-4 times a week. So still getting out and active. I have been nauseous lately idk why. Just every time I eat and everything I eat. I’m just like 🤢. Other than that doing ok. -

You look amazing. I am down 50lbs. Since Jan 14. My starting weight was 289. My weight has slowed and I think I am currently in my second stall. Things have been crazy with work and the virus that I am struggling to get my life together along with my eating life. It’s a cheese stick here piece of tilapia there. The only thing I am consistent with is water. If I don’t drink a good amount of water I feel so thirsty. I also do not flavor much water. How is everyone doing with coffee? And what do I sweeten with or did I cut the sweetener all together. I am currently trying to wean myself to coffee with milk only. It’s.... going lol 😆 This time at home with the shelter in place order has me wanting to snack. When I am at work I am good because I am busy. But once I sit idle I feel hungry. I think I need to work on this mentally? -

I am still feeling a lot a lot of restriction. I can eat about 2oz. I have lost track of my weeks out lol 😆 I think 9? Idk lol I’m 29 and hubby is 33 but he does have Hugh blood pressure which I heard also is increased chances for virus issues. So we are just trying to keep hands washed when out. We have drive up testing for the virus in Colorado. So our government is doing good. -

Yes California is all over the news lol our first Colorado case. Was a man from California. Traveled to Italy then home to Cali. Then to Colorado for mountain adventures. Infected 12 people (hand to face) -

We are getting hit pretty hard in Colorado. But no one is really panicking. Just proper hygiene at my house. We didn’t stock up etc on anything. We have a good amount food as always. -
Liquid diet
sarahSingh91 replied to ge0rgette2's topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
I only had a liquid diet 48 hours before surgery but some surgeons are different. -
I also only had very light incision pain and didn’t take any pain meds except Tylenol. But I took Tylenol on a regular schedule for a complete week. Every 6 hours I took Tylenol.

I had my surgery Jan 14 and Jan 16 I was able to pick up and carry in a car seat. He was 4 months old at the time. I was sore but it had to be done. As I was the only one home with him I also have a 3 and 5 year old. It won’t hurt you if that’s what your worried about. It is uncomfortable and it wipes me out energy wise.

I struggle with protein also because I do not add protein mixes. They mess with my stomach. So I get all my protein from fish chicken and veggies. Have you watch DR V on YouTube? He covers a great video on protein and how much you need etc and why a lot of programs push an insane amount of protein and what times you need to up protein like workout times etc. it is a great video. Let me try and find it https://youtu.be/MqKbHM3n9Yw -

I felt pretty tired. I am very active I work out. I work. And I have 3 little children one being 6 months. I went to my family doctor and got prescribed the nasal B12 just a side note my insurance was fussy over covering it without a pre auth. And it is $700. There is also a monthly injection. I would defiantly try that! Also the more I got up and moving and busy it also helped with energy. I just find myself pretty drained by the time I lay my head down. Our bodies are working very hard shedding our extra weight. So we should expect some lags. -

My weight loss is about 4 lbs a week. Is what my happy scales says I’m averaging so about a lb every other day. It’s so nice to see the scale moving each week.
