Banded 6/3, Question about Hunger pains..

I was banded on 6/3, in denver by Dr. Kirshenbaum. I started at 303, was at 290 day before banded. Now I am at 279.8 so things are working... I am having a hard time understanding my body's signals now. When I wake up in the morning I have intense stomach pain [like you get when you are super hungry]. Is this normal? Am I not eating enough the day before? I am also having a hard time finding a Liquid Protein that I like. I know I am not getting enough protein in. Any suggestions? I really dont like those shakes from the store [in fact, I never have]. Thanks Gina -

So tomorrow 6/3 is my 1st year from being banded and I've lost so far 98-99 lbs... I've been stuck since Jan with being unmotivated and self-sabotaging myself for some unknown crazy reason! (Well I kind of know why...) I recently have found some motivation and started exercising again, I need to finish getting this last 50-60 lbs off.. I was wondering how everyone else has done so far, especially at their year mark... How do you all resist eating junk food? I guess I am just still scared of letting go and becoming skinny... I've never been skinny and it’s still hard to think that way… Thanks!

thats funny, i didnt know your from plano.. um kids are far off in the future.. i dont wanna lose weight to gain it and a lil monster.. um hes from arlington normally..his dad lives in grand prarie now.. yeah too bad you only visit a little bit.. :-p anyways we will have to meet eachother ill be there june 31-july 7th? i think..

well phil is from dallas, and we are hoping he gets a job with sony erikson permantely after he graduates in dec. so plano area.. We are together and very happy.. We have the intent to marry eachother..Its kinda like the movie handcock, we are made for eachother

life is crazy..things are moving fast but slow.. I started dating my best friend and now we are making plans for me to move to texas.. :-p I went there for spring break to see him at texas a&m and it was awesome.. Weight loss is slow.. i bounce from 208-211.. But i was at 216 for a few months.. I kind of lost my motivation for a while.. But I found it again.. How tall are you? I cant wait to get under 200.. Im at like 208 now, which is 5 lbs from losing 100.. Thats just insane to me.. I cant wait to start losing my belly.. =( I probably need another fill, but im a little chicken to go do it after last time.. I am also suppose to get an upper GI done, but im going to wait until after graduation.. How are u?

its okay jaime, it all takes time.. I still eat shit I shouldn't, especially right now.. I am way too tight.. So I eat the junk I know will go down =(.. I can't wait for monday.. Though I'm scared im going to gain weight.. At this point.. I never want a fill again.. Which isnt a good feeling to have.. Just relax you'll get into the routine.
