haha well keep in mind, that is including the weight i lost by myself since like... may or june. so add in about 4-5 months of dieting on my own to lose 20 pounds, since i've lost 10 pounds since surgery. i need to catch up with YOUR weight loss! i haven't lost anything in like 5 days... i was getting used to having the scale drop every day
