Still trying to figure out how many calories my body needs to keep losing. I tried the 800-1200 thing and I went nowhere, then I upped it to about 1500 and lost like 5 in a week. Now I am back to losing really slow, but I know for some it will just take time. I need another fill, but am trying to find a way to go back to dr.K for that. Anyway, as for exercise, I teach elementary school music, so I get a LOT of exercise and then I take a water aerobics class once a week. I follow bandster rules, avoiding liquid calories, except for my shakes, trying to get enough protein in(hard sometimes), not grazing, low carbs etc. Oh well, time will tell. I am happy with what I have lost so far, maybe it will take me 2-3 years to get to goa, but I WILL get there!
