Well I started out a normal sized child until I moved to live my grandmother - for whom (bless her hart) felt compelled to feed me more than I needed.  With that - her husband fully enforced the "clean your plate cause kids in Africa would love it" campaign.  Worst thing of all he and my grandmother argued about how much food she put on my plate - - - but then he still made me eat it.  Such as it goes . . . lifetime of bad eating habits
